Econocom sales agent: our support programme to help you succeed
Through years of collaboration with sales agents, we’ve become firmly convinced that their success depends on the quality of support they receive. That’s why, at Econocom, we’ve developed a robust onboarding program that provides both personalized guidance and financial support.

An onboarding programme with a single objective: your success
Starting as a sales agent can be a delicate phase. Getting familiar with your new role, training on Econocom’s offerings, and connecting with various colleagues—all involve a lot to absorb. Recognizing these challenges, we have designed a comprehensive support plan to help you transition smoothly into your new role. Our onboarding program has a straightforward goal: to ensure your success.

Sales support
As you begin, you’ll benefit from the guidance of an experienced sales manager for a six-month period. The Econocom employee acts as a ‘facilitator’ within the company, helping you integrate smoothly into your team, familiarise yourself with our product and service portfolio, and connect you with key contacts during the onboarding phase and beyond.

Sponsorship by a sales agent
As well as the commercial aspects and getting to know the company, you'll need to familiarise yourself with your new status. Becoming a sales agent is more than just a new job: it's a real change of mindset. To support you through this transition, we aim to connect you, whenever possible, with a senior sales agent who can mentor you. With years of experience, they can share valuable insights and answer your questions to achieve your goals.

Financial support during the start-up phase
The initial phase often requires patience. While timelines can vary, it typically takes between 6 and 18 months to build a client portfolio that generates commissions. To support you during this developmental phase, you may qualify for monthly financial assistance for the first few months. The amount and duration of this assistance are tailored individually, based on your profile and situation.

Dedicated training
You will benefit from an initial six-month training program. This begins with an induction day to introduce you to the company’s culture, values, and goals.
Following this, you’ll receive targeted training on our offerings, tools, and processes to build your skills and connect with the Group’s sales team – fellow agents or employees. This training program is further enhanced by a “Sales Academy” held within the first year. This is a key opportunity to gain business insights, meet peers, and fully integrate into the agent community.

Access to Econocom's offices
If you wish, you can have access to workspaces in the various Econocom offices to facilitate your exchanges and strengthen your collaboration with the teams.
