Experienced sales staff
Above all, we're looking for seasoned salespeople. Aged over 40, or even over 50, you will have several years' experience in selling B2B products or services to major accounts, SMEs and/or public organisations. We prefer people who are able to establish lasting relationships of trust with their customers, and who can handle fairly long sales cycles. The entire approach of our sales agents is centred around one primary objective: customer satisfaction.
Expert in digital solutions
In addition to their commercial talent, our agents are experts in the various businesses in which we operate: the workplace, with the distribution of IT equipment and associated services, IT infrastructures, audiovisual services, and the financing of IT equipment and strategic assets. They have in-depth knowledge of the issues involved in the digital transformation of organisations. They know the decision-makers and buyers, and are able to guide their technological choices in a complex, constantly changing environment. Their thorough understanding of the issues at stake makes them trusted experts who, with the help of Econocom's teams, can develop tailor-made solutions that perfectly meet their customers' needs.
