Econocom sales agent: our support program to help you succeed

Our many years of working with sales agents have forged our conviction that their success is directly linked to the quality of the support they receive. That's why, at Econocom, we've built a quality onboarding program, based on both human and financial support.

An onboarding program with a single objective: your success

When you become a sales agent, the start-up phase can be a sensitive one. Familiarizing yourself with a new status, learning about Econocom's offerings, meeting the different people you'll be working with... there are a lot of subjects to take into account. Because we don't underestimate these difficulties, we've put together a support plan to help you tackle your new activity with peace of mind. An onboarding program designed with one simple objective in mind: to guarantee your success.

Sales support

When you start your business, you benefit from the support of an experienced sales manager for a period of 6 months. This Econocom referent acts as a "facilitator" within the company. They'll make sure you're properly integrated into the entity you'll be working for, help you master the portfolio of products and services available to you, and refer you to the people who'll be useful to you during this onboarding phase... and beyond!

Find out more about the program

As well as the commercial aspects and getting to know the company, you'll need to familiarize yourself with your new status. Becoming a sales agent is more than just a new job: it's a real change of mindset. To help you through this transitional phase, we offer you the opportunity, whenever possible, to be mentored by a senior sales agent. With many years' experience under his belt, he will be able to share his experience with you and answer any questions you may have.

The start-up phase requires a little patience. Although it can vary from one agent to another, we know that it takes between 6 and 18 months to build up a portfolio of customers who will generate commissions. To support you in this development phase, you can benefit from monthly financial assistance for the first few months. The amount and duration of this financing is defined on a case-by-case basis, according to the profile and situation of each individual.

You will benefit from an initial training program for the first 6 months of your activity. This program starts with an induction day to introduce you to the company, its culture, values and ambitions. You will then be offered specific training in our offers, tools and processes, so that you can build your skills and meet the Group's sales people, whether agents or employees.
This training program is rounded off by a "Sales Academy" held during the first year. This is an important event which, over and above the acquisition of good business practices, enables you to meet your peers and become fully integrated into a community of agents.
