Above all, we're looking for seasoned salespeople. Aged over 40, or even over 50, you have several years' experience in selling BtoB products or services to key accounts, ETIs and/or public organizations. We prefer profiles that are able to establish lasting relationships of trust with their customers, and to support longer sales cycles. Our sales agents' entire approach is centered around one primary objective: customer satisfaction.

In addition to their commercial talent, our agents are experts in the various businesses in which we operate: the workplace, with the distribution of IT equipment and associated services, IT infrastructures, audiovisual, financing of IT equipment and strategic assets. They have in-depth knowledge of the issues involved in the digital transformation of organizations. They know the decision-makers and buyers, and are able to guide their technological choices in a complex, constantly evolving environment. Their thorough understanding of the issues at stake makes them trusted experts who, with the help of Econocom's teams, can develop tailor-made solutions that perfectly meet their customers' needs.

While we are aware that we operate in a highly technical sector, traditionally more male-dominated, we are determined to change that! The recruitment campaign we are running throughout Europe should enable us to move towards a more gender-balanced workforce.
